Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für Salesforce-Ökosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot)
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Projektteam
  • Leitung von Workshops, Schulungen, und Kunden-Demos
  • Analyse, Budgetschätzungen, und Dokumentation von Anforderungen
  • Implementierung, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation von Anpassungen
  • Anwendung agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Direkte Kundenkommunikation und Beratung
  • Pflege des Backlogs durch Kundeninteraktion
  • Akzeptanzprüfung von Entwicklerergebnissen und SLA-Bearbeitung
  • Erfassung des Aufwands im internen Tracking-System
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Vertiefte Erfahrungen in Salesforce-Projekten & Pre Sales Aktivitäten 
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Prozessanalyse und -modellierung
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner inklusive Story Writing
  • Kenntnisse in den verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Methoden (agil, Wasserfall)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • Responsible for the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot)
  • Interface between development and project team
  • Leading workshops, trainings, and customer demos
  • Analysis, budget estimates and documentation of requirements
  • Implementation, quality assurance and documentation of customizations
  • Application of agile project management methods
  • Direct customer communication and consulting
  • Maintenance of the backlog through customer interaction
  • Acceptance testing of developer results and SLA processing
  • Recording the effort in the internal tracking system
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification
  • In-depth experience in Salesforce projects & pre-sales activities 
  • Basic knowledge of process analysis and modeling
  • Experience as a product owner including story writing
  • Knowledge of the various project management methods (agile, waterfall)
  • Business fluent in German and English
