Your Mission
You will work closely with our Head of Sales and take on operational tasks in day-to-day sales. These include:
Active contact and relationship management
- Contacting leads and potential new contacts by phone and in writing
- Establishing and maintaining customer contacts
- Regular communication with sales contacts at our technology partner
- Following up on inquiries, offers, and open issues
Coordination & organization
- Scheduling appointments for initial meetings, follow-ups, or further appointments
- Supporting the maintenance of our sales pipeline
- Preparing relevant information for customer meetings
- Creating offers based on templates or in consultation with the Head of Sales
- Preparing presentations and documents for demos and pitches
- Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales documentation
Sales support
- Preparing quotations based on templates or in consultation with the Head of Sales
- Preparing presentations and documents for demos and pitches
- Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales documentation
Your Profile
We are not looking for fully-fledged professionals, but rather people who are motivated, willing to learn, and good communicators.
- Enjoy interacting with people—on the phone, via video, or in writing.
- Open, friendly, and confident manner.
- Structured and reliable way of working.
- Initial experience in service-oriented activities (e.g., as a host/hostess, promotion, catering, reception, customer service, or similar) is helpful but not essential
- Interest in technology, consulting, or software topics
- Very good German and English skills
