About DIA
Your Mission
- Independently conducting technical discovery sessions to analyse customer requirements, in cooperation with sales and architecture
- Creating and elaborating solution concepts for Salesforce and CCaaS scenarios
- Technical support for DIA Sales in proposal processes, especially for qualified opportunities
- Preparing effort estimates and technical proposal components
- Planning and delivering customer-specific demos based on prior discovery
- Contributing to proofs of concept (PoCs) and hackathons where applicable
- Maintaining Salesforce opportunities from a technical presales perspective according to the defined process
- Monitoring market and technology trends in the Salesforce and CCaaS environment
- Close alignment with Solution Architects and Delivery when handing over qualified opportunities for implementation
- Continuously expanding your own expertise in Salesforce platforms and CCaaS solutions
- Participating in internal enablement and training measures
Your Profile
Must-have:
- First professional experience in technical presales or in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience with Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce)
- Good understanding of contact centre processes and architectures, or a strong willingness to get up to speed quickly
- Structured, analytical way of working and confident appearance in customer presentations
- Very good German and good English skills
- Place of residence in Germany
- Experience with CCaaS platforms (e.g. Genesys Cloud, Vonage, Aircall)
- Basic understanding of cloud architectures, integrations & APIs and surrounding systems (CRM, ERP, MS Teams, data platforms)
- Presentation and moderation experience (workshops, demos)
