Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen auf Basis der Salesforce Plattform unter Einhaltung von etablierten Entwicklungs-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards zusammen mit deinem Projektteam.
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards, Guidelines, Komponenten und Blueprints
  • Steuerung und Qualitätsmanagement der Umsetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Berater:innen, Architekt:innen und Projektleiter:innen an der Entwicklung der technischen Lösung und Unterstützung bei Projektplanung, Identifizierung von Projektrisiken und Berichten
  • Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner Team-Kolleg:innen als Mentor:in
Dein Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Master) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Entwicklungsteams
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der Salesforce Plattform
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Entwicklungs- und DevOps-Prozessen
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung mit Frameworks zur Entwicklung großer Anwendungen
  • Erfahrungen aus der Frontend Entwicklung
  • Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery sind selbstverständlich
  • Kenntnisse im Aufbau und in der Konzeption von Cloud Lösungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • Develop solutions based on the Salesforce platform while adhering to established development, security and quality standards together with your project team.
  • Continuous development of our standards, guidelines, components and blueprints
  • Control and quality management of the implementation
  • Work closely with consultants, architects and project managers on the development of the technical solution and support project planning, identification of project risks and reports
  • Supporting the professional development of your team colleagues as a mentor
Your profile
  • A successfully completed degree (diploma/master's degree) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the technical management of development teams
  • Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of agile development and DevOps processes
  • Basic experience with frameworks for developing large applications
  • Experience from front-end development
  • Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery are a given
  • Knowledge in building and designing cloud solutions
  • Business fluent in German and English
