Your Mission
As
Specialist Talent Acquisition & People Development, you will shape the future of our company by taking talent acquisition and development to the next level. As a business partner you will act as the interface between both areas, working closely with managers and teams to drive forward strategic, future-oriented personnel development. Your focus will be on developing efficient programs for career advancement, talent management, and learning & development. At the same time, you will make talent acquisition fit for the future by strategically developing recruiting processes, utilizing digital tools and AI technologies, and optimizing and automating operational tasks.
- Development and implementation of strategies for recruiting specialists and executives
- Operational responsibility for the recruiting process: from job posting to contract signing
- Management of external service providers (e.g., recruitment agencies, headhunters)
- Optimization of recruiting/applicant management processes to increase efficiency (e.g., through AI-supported solutions, automation, lean recruiting, targeted outsourcing of operational tasks where appropriate)
- Establishment and maintenance of a talent pool and active networking
- Co-design, further development, and implementation of role, career, and development programs for managers and employees
- Identifying development needs in close cooperation with managers and employees, developing individual development plans
- Assisting with the introduction and support of talent management processes (e.g., succession planning, potential analyses, mentoring)
- Organizing and conducting further education, workshops, and training courses – also with external partners
- Development and support of a learning management system
Your Profile
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated specialist in the field of talent acquisition and people development who enjoys holistically designing, developing, and strategically supporting recruiting processes and personnel development structures.
- Completed degree in business administration, human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas, particularly in building structures and processes for personnel development; additional experience in organizational development is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (ideally Personio) as well as initial experience with data analysis tools; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
- High motivation for innovation, with a drive not only to implement existing processes but to continuously question and optimize them for greater efficiency
- Hands-on mentality for pragmatically adapting and implementing market-ready concepts – with enthusiasm for tackling operational tasks passionately while optimizing strategic processes and driving innovation
- Strong social skills and excellent communication abilities – in both German and English, spoken and written
